Awareness, training and defensive skill building, not to mention having the proper gear and keeping your gear well maintained, are extremely important self-defense tools nowadays. We live in an ever-changing and dangerous world. Our innocent citizens suffer personal attacks and property crimes much more frequently than ever have before. In fact, recent news articles indicate that personal attacks and violent crimes are not just happening in dark alleys and lonesome streets.  Violent attacks are happening more and more at places where we shop, places of worship, and even in our schools.  The bad guys have become emboldened. Sanctity of human life and respect for others is just not part of their creed. Many of these crimes could easily go from simple robberies to kidnapping or violent assault in an instant.  Unfortunately, physical violence is not the only worry - we have to worry about criminals stealing our identities as well.  Coming soon to Gonzo's Garage will be a wide variety of self defense, training, preparedness, defense-in-depth, and other related articles and products to help you implement your own self-defense and preparedness program.  The Resources section below will help you get started.

Questions About Self-Defense and Personal Safety:
