About every few years, there is a pretty good air show at the Air National Guard Base, which is located on the airport in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This particular air show featured the Navy Blue Angels. Unfortunately, the day we went, there was severe weather with lightning and possible tornadoes, so the flight demonstration was cancelled, and everyone had to leave the airfield. The Air Force Thunderbirds are slated to fly for the air show in summer of 2026.
