One of our Last Rides to the Missouri River
(Click Image to see Full Size Photo)

One of the bad things about moving is that you leave good friends behind.  Many of the pictures on this page are the last of the pictures I took before leaving for Colorado.  Not necessarily the very last ride we took, but the last one I recorded.  We took a ride west on Highway 44 to the Missouri River.

Some pictures are also from a trip we took to Lake Okoboji, Iowa a few summers ago.  These pictures represent what a perfect summer day spent with friends is all about. While moving to Colorado has turned out to be a very good decision, we still left behind some very good friends.

Addendum: Since moving back to South Dakota in 2021, I had learned that my good friend and mentor, Tom S. had passed away. You are missed, Tom.
